Foundational Session

This foundational session is designed to introduce you to counselling in a supportive environment where you can explore the inner state and reconnect with the self. It offers a safe space to begin your journey.
Subsequent Sessions
$79
This service extends your journey, providing deeper insights and encouragement in a nurturing environment. You will receive support in navigating complexities you are facing, and devise a pathway towards working through your challenges.
Launch pad
$199
This set of 3 sessions is designed as short term solution focused therapy. There is always the option to extend, though for some, starting with the end goal in mind and limiting the time to launch is a driver to ensuring success.
